I mixed up this simmer pot blend so you can infuse your entire home with peace and protection during the holiday season. 

If you didn’t get a box, or if you want to recreate it, here are the ingredients:

Lavender for peace

Star anise for protection

Clove for abundance

Cinnamon for warmth

Eucalyptus for cleansing

Apple for joy

Orange for brightness

Cranberry for clarity in communication

When I put it in the pot of water, I stir it counterclockwise to push, because I want those things to be spread out throughout my house. I envision a warm glow emanating from the open pot, and see that warmth slowly move through the entire house, bathing it with that warm light. 

If you’re hosting a holiday gathering, pour it in a pot and let it simmer while you wait for guests. Picture it engulfing everyone who enters with a warm “hug”.
