My jewelry is literally made by hand; I make each piece myself. This means that you may find some imperfections, and that no two pieces will ever be exactly alike. While this is great for individuals who like to wear unique, one of a kind items, I understand that it may not be for everyone. If you prefer machined perfection, please consider another shop.

What if I need to return my item, or want a refund?

Returns are accepted if the item is returned to me in “New” condition, has not been worn, and is intact. If your item arrives damaged, please retain the packaging as USPS will request photos of it for insurance.

I will send a shipping label via email to return the item. I will issue a refund after I receive the item back. Depending on the return situation, you may be charged a 5% restocking fee, plus the cost of shipping.

To save trees and reduce production costs for me (which keeps prices as low as possible for you), I do not include a printed receipt with your purchase unless specifically asked. You can track your package and find your order information in the receipt sent to your email.

There are no refunds on digital subscriptions.

Shipping Questions

Most of my jewelry is made to order. It will ship within 7-14 business days after purchase unless otherwise specified. Check the “Ready to Ship” section if you need something in a hurry.

Unfortunately I do not ship to addresses not verified by USPS. I am also unable to change the address on your order- please double check to be sure your address is correct in the system. If a change of address is needed after the purchase is made, I will cancel and refund your order. After you add the new address to your profile you can repurchase your item- just be sure to choose the correct address at checkout.

TURN-AROUND TIME:

Turn-around time (i.e. the time you place your order until the time the order gets dropped off at the post office) for immediate-ship items is 5-7 business days. Made-to-order items ship within 7-14 business days.


This is a one-person shop. Almost everything is made-to-order, and I do everything from making the item, creating the spell, collecting the materials, packaging, and taking boxes to the post office, myself.

U.S. SHIPPING:

Packages weighing under 16 oz. are shipped via USPS First Class (domestic or international); over 16 oz. USPS Priority.


No refunds or replacements for items lost in the mail, or if something is stolen from your mailbox or porch. It is the buyer’s responsibility to have a safe place to receive packages. A tracking number will be issued to you along with shipping confirmation so you can keep track of when your package will arrive.

Subscription boxes are shipped out within the first 5 working days of each month with the exception of September, when boxes go out by the third week of the month.


Where do you get the bones?

The bones/skulls I use are from various online sellers or from roadkill I collect. Most I process myself. Since I buy from more than one seller, these bones can come from a variety of sources: found bones, bones from taxidermists, trappers & hunters, or from collectors. Bones are *not* the reason people hunt or have animals mounted and/or stuffed, they are a byproduct of these actions. It is up to you as a buyer to decide if this qualifies as an "ethically sourced" product. If I know where an item comes from, I am happy to give you that information when requested.
