Cumin Yogurt Chicken
2 lbs chicken
1 cup yogurt
¼ cup lemon juice
1 Tbs cumin
1 tsp smoked paprika
1-3 Tbs sriracha, Cholula, or other hot sauce
Tsp ground rosemary
pinch of salt
Reserve ¼ cup for sauce; add salt and pepper to that portion to taste
Mix marinade in large bowl. Slice chicken into strips. Toss chicken well in marinade. When fully coated, refrigerate for 24-48 hours.
Grill. Serve with rice and beans, or over salad with a cilantro lime dressing.
