Tansy Toes

It’s July. Welcome to hot af. This month I wanted to do something I learned about on my podcast- “Tansy Toes”. First, a warning! Blue tansy oil may be an abortifacient, and is contraindicated during pregnancy. So if you’re pregnant, put the oil in your fridge and do this in nine months. Also it stains, so.

Blue tansy oil is supposed to help with inspiration. In my interview with Vervaine, we talked about something called the Tansy Toes challenge where you put it on your big toes for 30 days. In reflexology, stimulating the big toe also stimulates the pineal gland- aka the third eye. I added some basil oil for its properties of abundance (let’s get that mind BLOWN with inspiration!) and some jasmine for sweetness (blue tansy is kind of stinky), self-love, and even more inspiration.

I’m really excited about this and have been impatiently waiting to send you your bottles so I can use MY bottle and do this along with you. I plan on starting it on the 8th (to make sure you have your boxes). I’ll do it before bed, so I can wear socks and not cover my entire life with this staining blue oil.
